In English

This policy covers Assistent Cédric, the personal assistant of Cédric Van Loon (Belgium), and its connection to his Google account. Cédric Van Loon built the app for his own use, is its only user and is responsible for the processing.

Access. With the consent given on Google's screen, the app gets read-only access to these parts of the user's Google account: Gmail (gmail.readonly), Google Calendar (calendar.readonly), Google Drive (drive.readonly), Google Contacts (contacts.readonly) and YouTube (youtube.readonly).

Use. The app retrieves this data only when the user asks a question in Telegram that needs it: searching and reading email, showing appointments (also in the morning briefing), searching and reading files, looking up a contact, and listing subscriptions, playlists and new videos from followed channels. It never sends, deletes or modifies anything in the account. News (from Google News) and routes (from OpenStreetMap) need no access to the Google account.

Storage. The data is processed on a computer in the user's home by a language model that runs locally. The answer is sent to the user through Telegram. The app keeps no copy of the mailbox, calendar, files or contacts. Conversations with the assistant are stored on that computer and in the user's Telegram chat.

Sharing. Google account data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising or to train language models.

Assistent Cédric's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access. The user can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that the app can no longer read anything from the account.
